I ordered some AirPods but OTP was required for the delivery. Tried to circumvent giving the passcode on the first delivery but the delivery driver wasn't having having. I ended providing the OTP on the 2nd delivery attempt.

So how do people go about refunding with orders that require OTP? I was thinking EB, but I haven't tried that with Amazon for time.

EB or MEB. Depending on your account history they will ask for a police report or may very well issue your refund instantly. This is fine to file unless you've filed too many. Messing with law enforcement will always end badly. So make sure your police reports are spaced out in a timely manner.
