Should I use dna or broken bottle sir?

If you have it ready, then broken bottle if not DNA under the right circumstances (left at door, no sig etc.)

I Personally only do broken bottle for perfumes so I can save DNA for other SE's

Sadly i don't got a bottle of the same parfume so what's the best thing to do?
Try to say that bottle broke during the transit without send them photos or photoshop them or buy an empty one?

I would not recommend DNAing perfumes, yes it's possible but broken bottle is higher success rate for perfumes.

You should buy an empty one, if you can't then photoshop would be the best alternative

Hi all, as from title i wanted to try my 1st refund on notino.
Yesterday, i ordered a parfum that is worth like 190eur, i have read around the forum and someone advice to use dna other broken bottle.
What's the best bet with them? DNA or broken bottle?

DNA works if you bought the insurance wich costs 1€.
Broken bottle will work aswell if you perform it correctly.

The thing is that this one will be my 1st se, so sorry if i’m a bit noob and asking many questions about.
Initially, as far as i ready on this forum, my idea was to do DNA on notino.it for the bottle of parfume i stated in the post that cost me 190€. Only problem is that the dpd guy Who usually Delivers me package knows me, and i live in a small city where I got an electrician shop.
The guy doesn’t ask me for any signature or type of proof of delivery, but usually doesn’t ring mi door bell and just Deliver all package to the shop.
So I changed my idea from dna to broken bottle, but still i’m so bad at Photoshop and i don’t have an empty bottle of the same fragrance.
What should I do then? U got some advice? Should i insist to client service without sending them any pics

Don't worry we all start somewhere.

To my knowledge, Notino does not directly contact the driver.
Instead, they provide a form for you to fill out, which is then sent to DPD without any further investigation.

Your refund should be processed a few days after you submit the form.

This works only if you buy the insurance, wich you did.

Worst case scenario, you can always make up an excuse.
For example, your sibling/parent picked up the package without you knowing, or you found it somewhere afterwards.

You should be good to go.
