Alright fellas, I messed up a little bit with a Nike SE.
I ordered three items of around 300 dollars, a shirt, shoes and a set of gloves. Unfortunately the shirt was sent seperately. I wanted to DNA the shoes and gloves and return empty box for the shirt. The shoes do not fit unfortunately... and I opened the gloves already so they can't be returned. What would you guys do in this situation? Return the shirt and shoes seperately and hope they don't notice that the gloves are missing? or Just add the gloves even though they are already out of the package?

Tell them the gloves were missing from your parcel? They're probably very light so the weight shouldn't register and you can send back the shoes
Then either keep the shirt or try to box it, your call

You could try hitting a DNA for the shirt package
In fact, I'd contact them saying that your parcel only contained the shoes and act surprised, the CS will tell you that there's a second package, check in that one, but you'll reply saying that you only received a single package, with 2 items missing
So now it would look like they either put the gloves and the shirt in the same package, and it got lost, or that they made a mistake and the courier lost a delivery as well
Worth a try, if you can't wait to return the shirt and try again in a couple months or so

Alright final update, I ended up returning the shoes and kept the shirt and gloves. Now they refunded the shoes automatically, but I contacted CS and asked how about the other items and they just issued another refund.

Yeah I was a little bit worried that this would take some energy, but it didn't. I guess Nike just doesn't care
