Pickup point is a problem, they might have cameras and there's all this stuff that is annoying. Try to EB, if fails just return and box them, contact assistence after some day and they refund you.

How do you "refuse" an investigation? What would be the excuse and reason for refusal of one since that would be their regular process ??
