Hello guys, about a week ago I made a purchase on Nike for around £190 and the order was split into two parcels, this is how it looks.

Parcel One:
2 X T-Shirts (Cheap) (Both £16)

Parcel Two:
2 X T-Shirts (Expensive)  (Both £33) < (The plan was to refund one of those shirts because they are the same shirt)
1 X Shoes (Expensive) (£76)
1 X Jumper (Expensive) (£44)

If I wasn't clear about parcel two, I ordered 2 X of the same T-Shirts and I was planning on refunding 1/2 of them shirts along with the 2 other shirts that arrived in Parcel one.

So, how do I go about doing this? Obviously I'm doing partial but I don't want to pay for the expensive items. Nike's livechat is open in about 7 hours so I'm asking for you guys to give me some input. I appreciate any sort of help you give me and I appreciate it!

Maybe say you only received 1 of the tshirts not sure if that would work tho. I havent gone into refunding yet but soon i will.

If It's light enough to not register a weight on consignment, then It'll be fine.
