After doing an investigation, they said best thing they can do now is re-escalate for a final decision. Parcel was dropped off at neighbor with no photo. Am i still good?

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day.
