I’m gonna do a Nike dna. For one pair of shoes was around $300 delivered by FedEx they took a picture of the package but I’m gonna say I was on vacation and package never arrived. This is a aged acc and multiple recent purchases I have another acc I did a dna to the same addy should I be good?
Edit: went on chat and said package didnt arrive I check and nothing they escalated it to my email and said I should expect response within 3-5 days.

So the emailed me back and said they werent able to issue refund because the contacted the carrier and said that the package was delivered also they said that they arent able to provide anymore courtesy refunds and to use a different address. I think my acc is redlisted so they caught on. Is the DNA still possible to follow through?

For future reference, I wouldn't go with the chat option. It almost always escalates to email. If you want a quick easy refund, call them. Takes much less time, and at least from my experience, it has a greater chance of success.

You think its possible to still get the DNA through? I can call them now and try for it. Or should I call it a fail and return the item

$300 is a little high for an instant refund, but you never know. I'd say give it a try, why not right? Usually, at least for me, $200 and below is an instant refund.
Just call them and let them know that you check all around your house and with neighbors, and no package was anywhere to be seen. Also mention you have cameras and you never saw anything dropped off.

I just called them and the rep said he processed my refund and that I should receive a confirmation tonight or tomorrow before 5pm. If this refund processes and goes through Nike rep is retarded. But im not sure yet since he had trouble putting in the request im going to wait and not get my hopes up yet until I receive the money.

Congrats on the SEs success! I'm glad to hear the news! For the future I would recommend using this method, over the phone is much easier than any other way

I got an insta-refund on some Alphafly IIs recently (over 300), but I altered my address and the package got lost for a while. I got the refund while the package was lost, but was able to contact the carrier and have it retrieved before it was returned to sender. Maybe I discovered a new method.

It took longer than usual, but went OK other than taking about a month in total.
