hi guys, yesterday i received a package with a pair of nike shoes. I called support today to use the dna method. I don't know how they did it to me but they told me it's strange because it's already happened 3 times this year and they'll do an investigation now. What do you advise me to do now? leave it alone and say that I found it to return it? because with the investigation they almost never make a refund. What do you recommend I do now?

Did the last 2 orders led to an investigation? Your address might be flagged.

I think Nike keeps track of all contact and chat history and it's very suspicious that you reported DNA three times this year. You should use new accounts with different personal details for this.

If after the investigation they don't give you a refund just say you found the package and ask for a new return label.

It's definitely because you had 3 DNA's prior in a short amount of time.
