Nike DNA - condor23 - 03-16-2023

hi guys, yesterday i received a package with a pair of nike shoes. I called support today to use the dna method. I don't know how they did it to me but they told me it's strange because it's already happened 3 times this year and they'll do an investigation now. What do you advise me to do now? leave it alone and say that I found it to return it? because with the investigation they almost never make a refund. What do you recommend I do now?

I don't know how they managed to associate all the emails I had previously associated

You did 3 DNA's since January 1st on the same company and let me guess.. same infos?

Did the last 2 orders led to an investigation? Your address might be flagged.

I did one in December and one in January. what do you advise me to do? say I received it and return it? Or is there any refund option? but I can't figure out how they associated the other emails. I live in a big building, I don't think they use the address. For the name I put other letters next to it

I think Nike keeps track of all contact and chat history and it's very suspicious that you reported DNA three times this year. You should use new accounts with different personal details for this.

If after the investigation they don't give you a refund just say you found the package and ask for a new return label.

is there any chance that after an investigation they will give a refund? because it appears to them that the package has been delivered to the person. but I didn't sign anything

Yes I just tried a DNA on an aged acc and they said theyre going to investigate it

The acc was aged and has been a member since 2015 last recent purchase was in January so I'm not sure why.

It's definitely because you had 3 DNA's prior in a short amount of time.
