Just got a pair of $250 nike shoes im trying to DNA. It was delivered by FedEx and and i am not sure if a picture was ever taken but i did not have to sign for them. Should i just DNA them and say i never received it and how do does it work?

It depends on what you're most comfortable/confident with.

For Instance, phone conversation Is an Instant response, hence you need to act there and then. Live chat has a slight delay, which gives you a little time to think of the appropriate reply.

For nike, I would certainly wait at least 2-3 days after the package has been delivered to contact about a DNA., unless you get a lucky rep.
