In Canada, I do feel like Nike has become a bit more strict. I remember when they used to offer refunds almost immediately for DNA now it does take a while for an investigation to take place. I do like that they still tell you it's on them you've lost the item and offer a replacement/refund.

I think Nike has tightened their assessments In many regions.

As recent as 12 months ago, you'd SE them with minimal complications.
