There are no hard and fast rules.

The PEB Itself has no Impact on your address per se - your claim Is against the company, not the carrier. In terms of the DNA, use common sense and good judgement by not targeting the same carrier service many times In succession, and allowing a sufficient gap from one SE to the next.

Yup, rep said DPD said it was delivered but asked if i asked neighbours and family if they received it. Of course i said yes and i haven't got the parcel so rep processed refund on the spot. Mustve been below their limit as was only £200 so nice and easy.
