I did Nike DNA a few week ago on a fresh account and they gave me my refund 3 weeks later.

The best thing will be to wait and ask from time to time how your case is going.

Nike usually always offer a refund through live chat straight away in my experience if it's under £500. If you want to hit them for more just box them with a fake receipt and when you show the rep that in chat they will refund you.
