Does anyone else have night terrors/nightmares if so what are you're experiences with them. Thanks.

On the days I do sleep, I either have a really really bad nightmare, or a really really good dream. There's no "in-between" for me.
Usually, you can wake yourself up from a nightmare. But it's also possible that your body won't wake up, so you're forced to stay int he nightmare until it's over. My last nightmare involved my friend and sixflags.
Needless to say I don't plan on going to sixflags anytime soon.

Now, that doesn't mean those dreams are nightmares themselves, however it's sort of like my mind attempts to put the story together by putting the puzzle pieces together in the following dreams. It's really weird.
