I was really wanting to know if companies ever rebill months after you've been refunded?

Impossible to say without knowing the events of the SEs.

last year I done adidas and ended up getting a letter months later wanting the money for the order as adidas never recieved it.

Which method was used? The so-called FTID garbage or Its LIT variant?

I've been a bit worried recently about any of the other orders I've done with different companies just rebilling me after refund or being investigated or something?
