New to SE, where should I start?

Thanks everyone, I'm going to try the Njoy company today. What is the technique used for that? Am I buying one, then saying it broke and getting another free? Or can this be done without buying anything?

No purchase is required, and you don't even need a drop house (a house in which you don't live, but ship stuff to).

What you want to tell them is that the tip of your e-cig fell off, leaving stains on your clothes/furniture, and ask them what you should do.
Upon being asked for a PC, give them a code in this format: MS2945 (used for the "Menthol Gold" one). If you want, the two last digits are changeable, but it's fine the way it is.
