No need to contact, took NB about 2 weeks to ship mine out. Their process is just really slow.

Should be coming this week i believe

I think it's because they have a lot of stock problems. They sell more than what they have available. Had a few orders now where it got canceled a week or two later when they weren't able to ship the items.

It sounds like they have a very poor Inventory management.

It's pretty simple - If they don't have the stock, don't advertise It as an available Item.

Contacted via email, they deny the claim and wont reescelate it they say.
It was delivered with UPS

They haven't provided any evidence In support of their decision. Who's to say they didn't make the whole thing up?

A re-escalation can be requested based on their lack of evidence, which ultimately renders their Investigation Inconclusive.
