From your experience, which method would you redirect me to ?

That's provided they don't have CCTV cameras In place.

Considering this method would imply to buy another pair of shoes, hopefully not that expensive, wouldn't it be better to try a LIT, RTS or FTID to avoid that?

So I contact them saying that I receive another new balance pair, they would for sure ask me to return it right? then i box them  or something like that?

Aight, tell me if im wrong but it took like a week between the moment i order the shoes and the moment i receive it. Wouldn’t be strange to contact them 1weeks later (i can create a story saying that i was on vacation and only open the package when i receive the new shoes)

It's not your fault that the shipment was stuck In transit.
