Hum i don't really know how to explain it in written english as it's not even my native tongue but it's like when doing a scratch instead of signing, or doing something "dumb" such as a cross for example (instead of signing with a name, fake or not) or something else not related at all with a classic form of signature

There are no hard and fast rules with a signature - It can be anything you like, and no one can tell you otherwise.

When fake signing, be sure It's somewhat legible. As such, the name will not be associated with yours, hence "you" didn't sign the consignment.

Okay update : this morning the fedex deliver called me while i was at work, my brother took the package and i believe he sign it

So I contact them saying that I receive another new balance pair, they would for sure ask me to return it right? then i box them or something like that?
