I would recommend making a few purchases beforehand, just ordered with an acc that had no history and Amazon responded asking me to sign a sworn statement that my order was missing before taking any action.

Make some legitimate purchases, size doesn't matter. Use a different address to your primary and also avoid using the same CC, try a VCC.
