hi guys, has anyone done an SE with zalando recently? I have noticed they have gotten much stricter and have CCTV. until 1 year ago the missing item method always worked. now it doesn't work anymore. Has anyone tried the item not received method recently? What is the success rate and how long do I have to wait?

I’d say its 50/50 i have succeded peb’s on jeans and t-shirts, but when i tried more expencive items, my ses failed

yes, I remember that a year ago it was very easy even with expensive products. with the missing product method it also failed with 2 bracelets with a total cost of 100 euros ... they have cc camera they said.I would like to know if the dna works well?
