Depends Amazon i did the faulty item method but not doing amazon again i will try DNA when there is no OTP or something else at the delivery when there is a OTP i will try the missing item (stolen).

If they say the package was not damaged, be sure to tell them to provide photographic evidence of the package condition at the time It arrived at your address.

I can assure you they cannot fulfil such a request.
