Their objective Is to break you and cause you to give In, but don't fall Into their trap - keep hammering them.

That is so true in regards to the reps thay play games and gaslight you to the point of wanting to give up. @Kikibosum always remember pressure bust pipes, increase the pressure on the reps until they regret they ever tried to play you.
