Need opinion on my SE strategy #1
(sorry I know I make a lot of threads these days)

I've got a clean Amazon account from 2010, I spent around 600EUR on it since 2015, no returns nor rfs.

So I found a high-end laptop, 2400EUR, "weight item" is 1.8 kg. I want to go for the wrong item received, so I'll ask a friend of mine to order a 200EUR laptop of almost exactly the same weight according to Amazon (1.78 kg). - so Amazon won't be able to make a connection between me and the cheap laptop. So I'll make a claim that I received the wrong laptop, if I understood right Amazon will ask me to send it back, which I'm planning to do if everyting goes right. I'm "losing" 200EUR in the process but that's worth the deal. Any flaws you can see ? Is 2400EUR too high for a first rf with my clean account ?

Thanks in advance.

I advise you to find out if there are cameras in stock, you can do it in a trial way, order goods for a small amount and check whether there are cameras in stock

That Is correct.

Your formulation of the wrong Item received, Is pretty much spot-on.

Okay thanks, but you didn't tell me about the price, is 2400EUR too high or in this context it's okay ?

Hello mothered, something else :

I've read on another thread that when they'll ask me to return the wrong article (the cheap one), I have to return it under the same cartboard. But on the original cardboard there will be the label with my friend's name, so what should I do ? Won't they find it suspicious if I recover this label with the return one ? Or I switch the labels, but it's going to be "crumpled" (I unsticked a label on an old amz cardboard today to see what it looked like), and they might find it suspicious too... or do my friend have to order it with my name ? But in this case the adress would be different than mine, and they should find out too... I'm a bit confused, I mean I feel like I make a point with this label thing and I don't know what to do.

It's best to remove the label and keep the box Intact but If you can't, an alternative Is to replace the original Item with the wrong Item.

That Is, take your laptop and replace It with the cheaper laptop and say that upon opening the box, an Incorrect Item was enclosed.

Thank you, but another thing comes in my mind : is it an issue if the item I want to get a refund from, is almost out of stock ? In the most extreme case, I buy the last one in stock, I receive it and then I claim it's another item, if they check their inventories they'll see they don't have it anymore and they'll "know" I'm the one I have it and then my SE will be f*cked up ? What do you think ?
