Need help with revolut

Used my real phone number, used my real ID, took a real selfie, and it said verification failed.
Did it all over again and they closed my account.
What are my options here?
Do I need to get a new phone and try again?
Any idea what I did wrong? I gave 100% real info.

Is it your mobile phone or did you buy used one? You should hit Revolut directly. Why do you look help here if your ID and all other details are real and legit?

You should receive an email with the reason why they closed the account. Is this your first Revolut account or you used to have another?

Anyway, use Wise or Bunq, they will do the job as well

My mobile, 100% mine, bought new, had it for years. I'm asking here because im pissed and it might be faster asking here than waiting on hold all day.

First account ever. No email yet as to why they closed it.

Write them to support@revolut.com explaining everything. Maybe it was just some sort of error.
