Ok, i did DNA and the guy talking to me on the phone said he is going to be my support in this process and he asked me to call UPS and ask where my package is and why they didn't deliver at my house, he also said he couldn't see where the package is and it's probably in a UPS drop point, now he sent me the email asking to say what UPS directly said to me, what should i answer?
