Need Help With Unfinished Plugin (Paying)

I need a small adjustment for a custom plugin I recently got made, I'd ask the original developer however he's currently away. I'm not the best at PHP. I need something small. All I want to do is join a table and be able to fetch a piece of data from that table and display it in the front-end code.

If you're able to help, post below or send me a PM. Also if you'd like to be paid for your help, I don't mind, just give me a quote for how much.
