Owner claimed that this station cost him 4k to build, which I highly doubt.

I would agree with you, but looking at what he started with...

The mic, speakers, monitors/TV, keyboard, PC Build, decor, and the construction changes to the ceiling necessary for that light style, I can completely see this running up 4k. Now question, who is it because I really wanna know where he got/maker of some of the decor

It may well be the case.

A theater pack alone (not his, just an example) can cost 2,000 and all the other furnishings may even surpass the 4k mark. It doesn't seem like much, but a complete makeover does cost. What a transition though, you wouldn't think the before and after Is the same room.

I kinda noticed that the room seemed to have been enlarged, although this could've just been a perspective issue.

The only real way to recognize is the door and the windows. Which shows some differences as well though.

Agree, they do appear different to each other.

Perhaps different camera angles, and/or the wall structure angulated In the after shot? We'll never know.

I have no idea how much it should cost but,it's a great place .
Oh seeing how it was before, whoever did it did an amazing job .
