I plan on doing another Nike se, but here's whats happening:
I have already done a DNA 2 weeks ish ago on an order worth about $260, so should I
-Create a new account or go guest mode?
-Order on the same card and addy or change it up?
-Change total cost of the SE?
-Approach SE with a different method? (eb, ftid, etc)
Any tips regarding frequency of an SE on the same address/account/payment method or any caveats I should look out for? (ip address, checkout process, returning items right after getting refunded etc)

Guest account, you can use same addy but change things such as APT B. Also I'd recommend butchering your name instead of jack frotz make it johnathen frank. I pulled off dna using this and same payment method. Just my two cents.

Thats great advice btw, although if you order through a guest account, can you still initiate customer support? Would you just give them the order number upon request to confirm the details of the order?
Just want to make sure both ends can access any crucial info. Im still new to this scene and would not want Nike to deny me of my refund because they couldn't find my credentials.

Hi, you can look at my results in my previous threads in greater depth but I’ll say that the customer support experience was super smooth. I small takes her and she offered me a refund within the first few exchanges. I’m not sure which carrier delivered it because I wasn’t at home. I didn’t sign anything as a result

May l know what time you contacted customer service? Or what times do you usually contact CS.
