So I have just ordered 2 Football Custom t-shirts came up to like £85 each inc customisation, I know that the weight is around 130-160g for each shirt. What would be the best way to go about this. They will come next week so if any preparation is needed it can be done. I would like to get the full refund but a partial will be okay too.

The weight Is pushing the partial to Its absolute limit, but given Nike tends to overlook Investigations, It may well work In your favor.

One thing i've done with Nike recently is waited 3 weeks after delivery, went on live chat saying i returned it and wheres my refund

might have got lucky, but they apologised and said it wasn't processed and they did it there and then no questions asked

One thing to let you know, It is getting delivered to a reception where I have to go pick it up, is that a factor I should keep in mind or would that work in my favour also. PS your site is really helpful we ALL appreciate u !!!!!

It is getting delivered by DPD should I still go for the DNA meth?

Yeah, I think he will. They normally take a picture of them leaving it on the reception desk but sometimes they leave it there even if there is no receptionist.

Well, either the people at reception didn't pass the package over to you, or someone stole It.

Put simply, It was dropped off at the correct address, but you didn't personally receive It.
