Filament, thank you for your post, it was very re-assuring. I have waited patiently but I received no call but got an email stating:

If you need to reprint your mailing label, or if you need a second label for another box:

Sign in to your Walmart.ca account
On your Account Home page, click on the order number of the items you are returning
On the Order Details page, use the link to reprint return labels.
(You will also see a link to "Make a store return", if you prefer to return eligible items to your local Walmart.)
Your items must be mailed by07/04/2020 for them to be received by the last possible return date, as specified in our Returns Policy.

This is exactly what they emailed me, so I called them back literally 20 minutes ago and stated that I returned back the item and it said it got delivered. Now the representative said they will ESCALATE it again.

Should I be worried with FTID for walmart canada?
