just reheat the seal after you replace the protein powder with "flower + milk powder" then simply return it

I did it slightly cutting the edge of the bag, and I told them it came bad sealed and the zip was damaged, they asked for the photo and sent me another bag, I tried to claim for a refund but they said they would investigate and never had a reply. Well a confirmation email of the reshipment was their reply.
