My worst fear came true about Victoria's Secret #1
I have been saving since I've found out about SE and DNA (September) to even afford to DNA Victoria's Secret ((eastern europe student vibesss)
so now since November 29th they've updated their policy , they're no longer responsible for stolen/lost packages marked delivered 💔

Depending where you live, there's likely to be consumer protection laws that hold them accountable regardless of their company policy. I suggest you look into it. In the UK, for example, there's the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

thanks for this information. I've heard of it about UK that's cool. So I would just have to scare them and tell them about the law or?

I can always try PEB but i havent done that ever so I'll research this law you mentioned!

i dont have any connections to do FTID and it seems very risky so I can only PEB if I do decide on VS not sure if they have cameras?

Hey i'm a bit late to this but i've still heard about succes for victorias secret from the SE group i'm in. Someone managed to do DNA recently, but you might be safer with claiming damage. It's become a lot harder though, so you may have to contact CS several times but it's still possible. I'd stay under 200$
