That's actually a really good bunker. Although before you make an area for the power room you might want to decide what energy source you're using.

Government bunkers run off of the power grid and then they have diesel backups and probably thousands of gallons of diesel stored.

Id rather kick back and watch some of the well over 500 dvd's I have or play some PS3. Which can be done on solar/wind or generator power. Just cant be at it 24/7 be smart with power resources, use energy efficient appliances. My TV only uses 34.8 watts even though is rated at over 40 watts.
