What i did was , with a knife , cut the seal on the bag and then claimed  it arrived opened.

Did they Immediately approve It, or requested further details?

I had to send pictures , a couple hours laters i had my refund.

It doesn't get much easier than that.

They probably didn't have the time and manpower to thoroughly assess your claim.

I paid in full. Yes you will get a bag for free, my friend did few days ago same method and in 10 minutes he got a replacement.

I successfully DNA'd 5kg bag and they've sent a replacement (needs signature this time though unsurprisingly) Do you think I could claim the bag was split and spoiled?

This. I did it with MyProtein so many times with multiple accounts. I just buy peanut butter and 5 kg of whey protein and declare it arrived damaged and the powder was leaking (and just pay for the peanut butter, I mean it’s only 5€/kg on sale ahaha)
I wonder if it works as well with Prozis, Bulk etc.

Its a reinforced plastic bag of protein shipped inside of a cardboard shipping box, I'm sure if I punted it down the hallway I could make it look like it fell out the back of a van during transit.

Wouldn't mind poking a hole in the bag and spilling some of the powder out, as I have the original bag to decant into
