Hello, sorry for my bad english but I wanted to tell you about the success I had with the DNA method. I was able to make my first refund of about 1900 euros without any major problems. Thanks at this point to mothered!

I had a 10 year old Amazon account and pretty much never returned anything. The DNA method was accordingly performed quickly. It didn't even take a week.

When I received the goods, the delivery guy, just threw the package out the door and did a quick scan. I was already at the door with muddy hands (to avoid the signature), which was unnecessary. Then after 2 days I contacted Amz customer support via chat. They confirmed to me that the delivery person only scanned the goods and will initiate an investigation with the carrier. After 4 days with no response, I kindly contacted them and asked if they knew more about the whereabouts of the goods.

There they said the goods disappeared and they transfer me the amount back. That was it! I would not have thought that this will work so simple.

I thought I would have to go to the police for a police report and everything....

Now I want to do the whole thing for Amazon.com. However, I have only had the account for 1 month and have only done one order. Do you think I can repeat this with a 9000 euro product? (Delivery to foreign country)

I have heard that you have a "safe limit" at amazon.com up to 30,000 dollars

9,000 Euro Is around 10,500 US dollars, which Is a high-risk Item to SE on a mature account, let alone one that's only 4 weeks old with a single purchase.

I'm not suggesting It can't be done, but the chance of failure Is significant.

On the account you've mentioned, no greater than $1,000.

But the account Is not In good standing, so the risk of being flagged still exists. I suggest to at least make a few purchases - they don't need to be expensive, but rather build some credibility.

FTID works well with Amazon depending on the warehouse sent in the states, there are some flagged warehouses.

I've done x4 Macbook pros on a still fresh account.

It technically is possible to do delivery to a foreign country but just a headache in itself.

I am already planning my next SE. I will open a new thread as soon as I have decided. I'm not sure if I should just do a paypal refund (via Ebay or similar, haven't had a refund yet) or use a refund service to guide me through it. I would much rather do it myself though.
