Yeah, especially with the NG depending on what type of MOS and stuff like that you have. Most of the local Guardsmen just PT like once a month and don't really make any money.

The reason I chose the Marines over the NG or other branches is because I'm more into kicking down doors, not handing out bottles water in a disaster situation.

I hear you man. Sometimes I just think we need help more than the other countries need destruction though.
