Hey guys I've been lurking this forum for sometime and I've really been wanting to SE amazon for quite a while, I've finessed them before but  I recently bought an item worth $523 (Taxes + 2 day shipping). I won't say the item nor what I've done, YET. It's been mentioned here before but I don't want to jinx myself until I get the refund. I have a chat transcript and I might post a picture of the item.

What exactly Is the objective of this thread at this point?

I assume (In due course), If the SE succeeds the results will be contributed.

Well, this thread is pointless. You need to be more specific or, if you need help, give us questions instead of posting for the sake of NSP.

Take a few moments of your time to read this.

You'll have a better understanding of SEing per se.

Hello everyone. I did manage to get the full refund for a 1070Ti gpu. Sorry for errors, on mobile. I’m unsure on how to add pictures on mobile, sorry again.

It was easy as fuck, but the thing is I had to spend money to make money. I was doing research on this GPU and found the best way to get a refund was to say I received the wrong item. This is where I spent money, I went to Best Buy and bought a power supply, why you might ask, because it’s weight is slightly more than the gpu and it was only $30USD. Also no low cost gpus weigh near what a 1070ti weighs. I went thru chat and asked for refund and I think this method doesn’t need you goto chat and request a refund because you can do it yourself since “they sent the wrong item”.  So once I dropped of the power supply at a UPS location I received my refund within a day or so.

I’m currently in the process of selling the GPU in person in my city but the user is asking for proof of purchase, and I don’t want to give him the actual order number because if he calls amazon they’ll be like “but according to our records you didn’t get the 1070.”

I might just use an amazon order generator.

Again sorry for no pictures, I can assure you I did get my refund and kept the gpu

That's extreme finesse. You told them they sent you a power supply LOL

I assume it's to brag or to show off.
Really not something to brag or show off considering how simple Amazon is.

Essentially, you paid 30$ for the 1070Ti. It's a very good deal In my book.

It's good to read you covered everything, most Importantly matching the weight (or ballpark figure) of both Items.
