Lately, I've been really demotivated to do pretty much anything... all I want to do all day is watch netflix and play games but I have shit to do. What keeps you motivated?

Well, considering the last thread you made... I would understand why. If that is why, I would just give it some time. Play some games, watch a few movies, and maybe have a few drinks. You'll feel better.

Thoughts of the end result being how I want it keeps me going.

RE: Motivation #5
I usually get demotivated if I'm stuck doing a tedious task for quite a while, or if I've been procrastinating for a bit.

Taking a break from everything and just sitting or walking outside for a few minutes really helps organize my thoughts and priorities, and helps set me straight again.

^ I get really obsessive with tasks that I seem to be unable to solve. Sure, I get frustrated, but very obsessed - I will concentrate 100% on the task until it's solved.

What motivates me is my girlfriend, obviously. However, before I had her, I would point out things that I did wrong, and such, to frustrate myself, let the anger and frustration pile up - and when I get overloaded direct all the energy towards "improving" my life - coding, cleaning and all sorts of things. Sure, it's an unstable and very frustrating lifestyle, but that's how I managed.
