Around 11 days ago my moncler package arrived, around 1.3k. I claimed EB through paypal chargeback and worked wonderfully. They didn't react. My backup was boxing them. I'm not gatekeeping this, just want to share with the community.

does paypal chargebacks work if you use paypal but use credit card on it as i dont have the balance

i do have it just in crypto and not pulling out for this im just wondering the technicalities if you will

if anything a purchase like that should be on a credit card, that way you can easily do a chargeback and let them deal with it.

he's not gambling with his own money, it's the banks.

if the PayPal claim fails then he could just return it

understandable but if moncler was to reply and the case is dragged out from the normal 10 days and goes beyond 30 returning might not be an option

incorrect if you do a PayPal case and escalate it the company has 10 days to respond if not it’s an automatic win hence it’s called No reply
