From the moment when the parcel leaves the warehouse, MobileShop and the trader cannot be held responsible for the delivery time, damages and/or other circumstances that may occur during the transport process.
In case of any damages, missing content or a part of an order, the buyer is obliged to write everything clearly in an email and send it to warranty@mobileshop.eu within the 48 hours after the delivery.
If the package is damaged, they will write a claim to the GLS for the damage.

But they still need to give you money back or what?
They could just say that you should contact the carrier and deal with him. It's kind of risky, because it's says that they don't take the responsibility when the package leaves their warehouse and that if damaged for example, they would make an insurance claim with the carrier.
