how much was ur order worth?

Originally over 3000 now over 2,000 the account is aged I had made purchases Prior but all of a sudden it doesn't let me make any sort of transaction I contacted them multiple times and I have been trying for over a week now it has me hesitant to even place the order if it does eventually let me process it I contacted support and they just tell me to wait 24 hours

so what method are you planning on using for the PP dispute?

It doesn't let me get any sort of order through even with a debit card

I also can’t get an MS order out and acc is not aged like yours so guessing got no chance
MS / PP / Bank all blaming each other
Was 5K order
Will make fresh acc and order cheapest item on site then try worthwhile order a week or so later in new year

I have a few PP accs so will use diff PP to be sure
(I did read that if you add a new email addy to your PP then to the Co it is a new PP, but not sure if my PP may block any MS payment after many failed attempts now anyway)

Spoke with MS support who blamed PP, PP blamed bank..
I think is an MS flag for large order
Tho I wouldn’t call 5K a large order 😡

I ordered a few days ago an will hit them again with PP claim. No Problems so far.

Was your account completely fresh? Have you ever had a Microsoft account before?

Would you be willing to share the rough order value within a few hundred or the thousand e.g 500 to 700/ or in the 2000s


I've tried different paypals at this point my friend was able to get a small order through but every single one of my orders have been denied

idk, i have 2 MS accounts. One is 16 years old the other one maybe 8 years.
maybe ask the support team, whats their problem.
