In future, be sure to take note of who you spoke to (Inclusive of times & dates), as well as reference numbers for phone calls.
That aside, tell them to email you every detail of their Investigation.
I take note of your advice for future cases. The delivery data is already supposed to be requested by TNF from UPS. I still doubt that it would be better in this case:
1. Make a legitimate return.
2. Chargeback with my branch. I really think it would be better to leave this option for a future purchase of a larger amount.
3. Continue fighting with them, although their answer seems forceful, the truth is that they do not have proof of delivery, but they do not seem to want to let me speak with a person of higher rank.
I have also written to them on facebook and they have told me to write to them again by email.
I have to admit that one of the problems that I now realize has been to change the claim form before making it. I mean, for The North Face I was going to do FTID and as I saw the DNA opportunity it seemed easier to me, but apparently not (I guess because of the amount). Next time I will follow the plan.
