I ordered a metaquest vr and im not sure what method I should use to se this

1- package size is too big
2- such a method is not working anymore as before since nearly couple of months ago you used to get instant refund upon saying "hey i got an empty package please help"
3- if only signature is required just fake a readable name then go for DNA as well as if delivery courier didn't ask you anything and just handed you the package

For your reference, for the most part, Meta don't respond to chargebacks nor PayPal dispute/claims.

Can you give us a Step-by-Step guide which Claim and Reason i should do Paypal to get the "No-Answer" Result.
