Did you receive any reply from Meta itself regarding their own investigation before paypal replied?

No answer from them whatsoever, but i went straight to pp, my paypal is aged but i have a lot of refund on it, but this is my first refund via paypal.
Honestly go for it as quickly as possible, zero complications
