Yesterday i got an e-mail saying this :

This is Jonathan, a higher level of support here at Meta. Your ticket was personally endorsed to me by my colleague and I'll be taking over this from hereon. No worries as I'll do my best to expedite your case's resolution.

Right now, we are conducting an investigation about what happened to your order. On my end, I am continuously coordinating with our logistics team and possibly, your area's courier service provider to see possible options that we can provide to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Investigations may take some time and as for now. we are soliciting for your extended patience in regards to this matter. No worries as once we received an update from our team we will let you know in no time.

Not sure, the investigation lasted a few days, but when I was told I would receive the refund, I received it within the same day.

I know there is already a few threads about the Meta Quest 2 SE but this one has a specific focus for the people who had success with the SE. Can you guys tell us firstly how long ago your refund landed and secondly if you have had any issues with your device. If you sold the device (dolla dolla bill yall) can you tell us if the customer has reported any problems.

Brother, I am from eu. The method could not be easier. You buy it and in the same day at arrives you write to them in chat or through email that the quest box is empty. That will trigger an investigation and give you a refund in 7 days

7-10 days Is a standard experience with those that have been refunded.

I really want to try out Resident Evil 4 on the Quest 2, great game already and im sure it is better in VR.

Yeah it's great, if you're not used to it you get a bit dizzy at first.

Used it for a week or so and then sold it, wanted a quick sale so it went for £265

oh so you say the cardboard box was empty and that literally nothing was inside? I was under the impression that the actual meta box comes but the contents arent inside the box
