can you please show me exactly where in your terms and conditions or terms of sale it states that you do NOT have to inform me of any investigation you are making because you have NOT provided me with the product that I ordered and paid for? I would like to see where this is settled. I am a customer of yours, paid a lot of money for something that did not reach me. Where is your basis for not showing me that you have investigated, nor what you have found out, and moreover on what basis do you refuse my refund while our contract is not intact due to non-delivery of the item?

I will probably tell them I found it on Saturday to be able to legitimately return it on Monday, before the time is over. Pretty sad, I was hoping that it works...
