My goodness, you're not asking them to donate a kidney. It's purely the details (of their findings) of why they've declined your claim - which as  a buyer you're well within your rights to be Informed.

Tell them to demonstrate exactly where It states In their policy that they're unable to release a simple request pertaining to their Investigation.

It is clear to me that they are just following a standard procedure "just doing their job". Meta apparently decided to use this strategy of avoidance regarding specific questions about their findings and obviously they simply do not answer my questions but instead, steer towards what "they did not find", regardless of the question if that actually has something to do with my refund. Simply, they assume/suggest that as long as they didn't find obvious proof that something happened they opt out of their responsibility to actually deliver the product to me.

I really don't think they will suddenly change their mind after my 10th attempt or copy paste try to make them reveal that they don't know shit and can't prove shit. I guess they will keep blocking me and referring me to authorities.

So I guess I can either
a) Tell my bank to refund me
b) Let my lawyer send a mail to meta
c) Tell meta that I found the device and that my wife wanted to troll me. Wait 2 days and say it doesn't work properly. Then box them.
d) Same as c but with FTID.

You talk about "empty box situation" without explaining what exactly you mean by that. I don't think this term is common in everyday language, so I would like to point something out: I received a package that is brown. There is a label on it with my name. I sent you a picture of it. This package is empty. Accordingly, I have apparently received an empty package from you, not the product I ordered, nor the product I ordered in this package. Accordingly, I still have not received the product I ordered, which you are legally obligated to deliver since I paid the purchase price for it.

I would like to know why you are not able to send me a refund when it is publicly visible that you are not currently insolvent or broke. All you have to do is refund the purchase price I paid to the payment method I used, or deliver the product I ordered and paid for.

Whether you have inquired or found out something from the courier, or not, does not release you from your legal obligations arising from the purchase contract. If you did not find out anything, then you have to answer for it. I certainly won't be brushed off with standard phrases.
