So recently I saw a post on here talking about how they hand claimed eb on a oculas and got a refund in 3 days. I tired it and they asked for a picture of the empty box and picture of the label. Then my order was forwarded to a special team and they have been doing ingestion for a week now, I have been emailing them every other day inquiring about the status of the investigation but they won’t budge and tell me to wait. Did I do anything wrong or do I just wait.

Idk about Canada but for me in the EU it did take about 2 weeks of waiting and chasing them up to get the refund

Due to the Information that needs to be collected and assessed, Investigations can take longer than expected, so wait for their reply.

Just keep waiting, investigation times can vary, and waiting a timeframe of 2 weeks isn't usually an indication of anything.
