Hello, so recently I have been looking around for some nice simple "modern" watches. I put modern in quotes because when I looked up modern, I got smart watches that costed $400, when I say modern, I mean a modern look. I really want a watch that has this kind of flat look surface:

Besides that phone look being a concept, the way it would achieve that look is because it uses e-ink.
That's realistically the way to search for similar looking products.
Unfortunately, as it's not a wide spread desire with the advent of smart watches, choices are limited with that.

Closest thing I have found to what you want is the Sony FES watch, which is listed on Amazon for $199 currently.

And... On the crazy 'higher' end, Nomos makes ridiculously expensive modern-looking watches.
